Jewellery
and Orders
* All Jewellery is made by hand, therefore only one of each piece will be made,
variations can be made to order but colours and beads will vary.
* Colours may vary from those in the picture as all monitors have different settings.
* If you place an order for a custom made piece/s you must pay in full regardless of
weather you want the finished piece or not. The jewellery would be designed and made
to your personal specifications and may not be used for resale on the site.
Payment and
Postage
* My online payment system uses pay pal to allow a safe and secure transaction.
Payment must be paid in full.
* All jewellery will be posted recorded delivery, which means all items are to be signed for when received.
The charge for this service is £2.50 depending on how big the package will be, please contact me
for further details.
* All items will be posted within 2 days after full payment
Returns and
Refunds
* Returns are accepted if the item is faulty or damaged and full refund or replacement is
offered, items must be returned within 7 days after you have received the item. It is
your responsibility as the customer that items are returned in there original packaging
eg.gift box and that it is securely packaged especially for items in gift boxes which
could be crushed if not protected. If an item I receive has been damaged due to poor
packaging (including gift box) an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the
cost of the damage.
Health and
safety
* Due to small parts being used and the delicateness of the jewellery it is advisable not to
give to children under the age of 15.
